Information you provide
The website forms (enquiry, viewing request, property listing, collaboration and property alerts) ask for details such as your name, telephone number, area of interest and message. Each form prepares a WhatsApp or email message on your device; you can review it before choosing to send it. The website itself does not store what you type.
Property alerts
If you ask to be told about matching properties, Earth Trust keeps your requirement and contact details at the office until you ask it to stop. Reply “stop” to any alert message, or contact the office, to end the alerts.
Sharing tools and the checklist
Share buttons open WhatsApp, Facebook or X on your device with a link to the page; nothing is sent to Earth Trust. The verification checklist stores your ticks in your browser for the current session only.
Why it is used
Earth Trust may use the information you send to understand the property enquiry, respond, arrange follow-up and maintain an appropriate communication record.
Campaign information
If you arrive through a labelled campaign link, the website may retain non-sensitive campaign labels during your browsing session so Earth Trust can understand which campaign generated the enquiry.
Advertising and analytics
This website does not load Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or Google Analytics. If such tools are activated later, this notice and the website’s consent controls should be updated before they begin collecting data.
Sharing and specialist work
Information should only be shared where necessary for the enquiry, with your knowledge or as required by law. Documents and identity information should be handled through appropriate secure channels rather than an open website form.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit the form and instead call or email. You may also contact Earth Trust to ask about the information you previously supplied.
